Martin Coyle: Head of Quality and Development
Martin joined us in October 2006 as our National Development Officer, he is now the Head of Quality and Development.
Martin developed and runs the Action for Advocacy Quality Performance Mark, a credible national quality mark for the whole advocacy sector based on the principles of the Advocacy Charter and A4A's Quality Standards for Advocacy Schemes.
He developed a keen interest in the promotion of good practice in advocacy as the manager of Advocacy Network - Leeds. His previous experience includes managing a mental health advocacy service and running research at the Institute of Psychiatry.
In his spare time, Martin is rapidly becoming the oldest player in his 5-a-side league. He has a passion for good food and wine and is kept busy by his two young children.
